Jeff Maaks of Fuchsia Innovation Advisors provided great value in a talk he gave. He wondered. How can he share that knowledge with others?

How can I help others set up their startup or small business to collaborate at scale through document sharing?

What I extracted from his presentation was two-fold:

1. What is Growth vs. Scale?

2. How does strategy figure into scaling document sharing and digital collaboration?

These are important questions for entrepreneurs and small business owners, alike. Those in attendance agreed. This is a significant challenge that would be wise to figure ahead of time.

Jeff did a terrific job of explaining the difference between acting on one’s own (startup; entrepreneur; growth) and involving others into a team’s document and file repository (small business; scale).
